1. What is professional organizing and decluttering? 

Decluttering is the process of figuring out what in your space is just 'stuff' and what items truly fuel your enjoyment, fulfillment, and comfort.

Organizing is the thoughtful arrangement of the items that bring you enjoyment, fulfillment, and comfort in a way that's both pleasing to the eye and easy to access.

2. Do you offer weekend appointments?

Yes. Weekend sessions are available to accommodate work schedules and family commitments.

3. What is a conultation call?

A free consultation call is a short conversation where we:

  • Learn about your space and goals

  • Answer questions

  • Determine which services or packages may be the best fit

There’s no obligation to book.

4. Do I need to clean or prepare before a session?

No. Your space does not need to be “ready.” We meet you exactly where you are — physically and emotionally.

 5. How does pricing work?

We offer upfront package pricing, so you know exactly what to expect. We also provide à la carte services for clients who need something more customized.

6. Can you help if I have mobility limitations?

Absolutely. We design spaces that prioritize accessibility, ease of movement, and comfort based on your specific needs.

7. Are you licensed therapists?

No. We are not licensed therapists. We are professional organizers with a combined 10 years of experience supporting clients through the physical and emotional process of simplifying their homes.

8. Do you work with ADHD or memory-related challenges?

Yes. We regularly support clients with ADHD and memory loss by creating clear, easy-to-maintain systems that reduce overwhelm and improve daily function.

9. Do you work with collecting or hoarding tendencies?

We support clients with chronic clutter who are ready and willing to declutter and let items go. While we do not provide hoarding-specific intervention, we work compassionately with individuals who may have collecting or clutter challenges and are prepared to make changes toward a safer, more functional space. If you’re unsure whether this service is the right fit, we’re happy to talk through it during a free discovery call.

10. How long are your services?

Our services range from 3 hours for our "Quick Refresh" Package to 5 hours for our "Standard" and "All - Inclusive" Packages. We can come to your house from 9-2 am or 10-3 pm for the larger packages, with room for movement on the refresh sessions. 

11. Are your services limited to clients with ADHD or chronic clutter?

Not at all — our services are for everyone! From light organization and system setup to major decluttering, moving support, and color-coded spaces, we tailor our approach to your needs.
